Angels Over Cliffs
Cliff Hair is the Founder and President of Angels Over Cliffs Ministries, a faith-based nonprofit established in 2019 to support individuals experiencing homelessness, addiction, and trauma.
Having faced a lifelong chemical addiction and years of homelessness himself, Cliff knows firsthand the journey from crisis to stability. Prior to founding the ministry alongside his wife Angela, he spent 17 years co-owning an advertising firm, worked as a licensed insurance agent, and devoted 15 years to martial arts training — experiences that honed his leadership, resilience, and business acumen.
Today, Cliff draws on his lived experience and professional background to guide Angels Over Cliffs’ programs — from emergency shelter support and housing placement to donor engagement and strategic partnerships — that lift families toward self-sufficiency and dignity. His leadership is grounded in authenticity, transformation, and empowering others to find purpose beyond their past.
