Angela Hair is the Founder and Executive Director of Angels Over Cliffs Ministries, a nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals overcome addiction, homelessness, and trauma through faith-based support and community empowerment.
After personally experiencing the cycle of addiction and recovery, Angela turned her story into a mission — to “love people back to life.” Since founding Angels Over Cliffs in 2019, she has guided hundreds of individuals toward stability, healing, and renewed purpose.
Her leadership blends lived experience with empathy, practical resources, and an unwavering belief that transformation is possible for everyone. Angela’s journey from homelessness to hope continues to inspire others to pursue lasting change and build stronger, more compassionate communities.
