Kris has nearly two decades' experience in strategic fundraising and has worked on campaigns that have raised nearly one billion dollars. She thrives in volunteer engagement, partnership development, and data-driven fundraising. Kris has worked across all sectors of the philanthropic landscape and supported efforts for campaign planning and fundraising, strategic planning, and board and volunteer leadership development. In 2021, Kris was engaged as the Action Chief of Staff for the Inova Health Foundation, leading strategic efforts to streamline their operations and build board engagement. Kris serves as President of the Association of Fundraising Professionals – Washington, DC Metro Area Chapter (Washington, DC). She previously served as Interim Chair of the Governance Committee and Vice Chair of the Education Committee. She previously served as Co-Chair of Education for the Bridge Conference (2024 & 2023) and on the Board of Directors for the Union Meeting Hall (Ferrisburgh, VT).
