Mr. Marcus has worked in the Civil And Survey field for the past 30 years and is currently an Engineering Technician and Certified FEMA Floodplain Manager for the City of League City. His love of music is attributed to the fact that his early childhood was filled with music and musically talented family members. His love for music and his early exposure led Mr. Marcus to start this organization and base its mantra on the words of the Reformationist Martin Luther "Next to the word of God, the noble art of music is the greatest treasure in the world" . Through this organization Mr. Marcus wants to provide the opportunity of every child to share this treasure.
