Kyla has been leading transformational change in the global nonprofit sector for more than 20 years. She is currently working at the intersection of systems innovation and leadership in the social good space, serving as CEO & Co-Founder of Philanthropy & Fundraising North America (PFNA), a nonprofit executive leadership program that builds nonprofit capacity for fundraising growth and innovation, and as an executive facilitator and advisor for DSIL Global, a systems innovation and leadership company. Additionally, Kyla has served in numerous executive positions in the global nonprofit sector that include: CEO for the Resource Alliance and IFC (International Fundraising Congress), a global community of nonprofit fundraisers and change makers from around the world and across the social good ecosystem; COO/CDMO, Operation Smile, where she was responsible for programs, fundraising, and resource mobilization; various industry association Boards and committees such as TNPA Leadership Summit, Blackbaud Institute, Dan Pallotta's Charity Defense Council, Chair of International Fundraising Congress (IFC). Kyla's extensive knowledge and work with Boards and Leadership teams, in the nonprofit and purpose driven sectors, centers around co-creative and facilitative approaches to create team alignment, shift mind sets and inspire new ways of leading and collaborating to increase mission impact.
