Vice President, Donor Engagement & Retention
Faircom New York
Lindsay is a fundraising strategist whose work sits at the seams of the giving pipeline — connecting direct response, mid-level, major, and alternative and institutional giving into one coherent donor experience that reaches supporters in the mediums that matter to them. She brings data, qualitative research, and storytelling together to deepen commitment over time, working across sectors as diverse as international relief and development, advocacy and media, and new-to-market launches and rebrands. She’s proud to count Fòs Feminista, the International Rescue Committee, New York Public Radio, and the Wikimedia Foundation among her partners.
Lindsay is a frequent speaker at industry gatherings, drawing from agency and in-house nonprofit experience that spans the US, Europe, Africa, and Asia. She holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in human geography and economics from McGill University in Montreal, and, outside of the office, she proudly serves as a Trustee and Chair of the Development Committee for Amber Charter Schools in New York City, the city’s first Latino founded and led charter network.
