Kristina is a seasoned fundraising leader with over a decade of experience driving growth and engagement across advocacy and arts organizations. As the Managing Director of Membership Acquisition at the Sierra Club, she oversees national strategies for member recruitment and onboarding, helping expand one of the country’s most influential environmental movements. She also leads Wilderness Guardians, the Club’s flagship monthly giving program, which boasts nearly 90,000 active members.
A sought-after speaker, Kristina has shared her expertise at premier industry events including the Bridge Conference, DMAW’s Sustainer Day, and other national forums. Prior to her role at the Sierra Club, she served as Deputy Director of Membership at the Human Rights Campaign, where she championed inclusive engagement and sustained giving. She began her career with roles at leading arts institutions such as Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company, Arena Stage, and the Shakespeare Theatre Company, and maintains a deep love of the performing arts.
