Mike is the principal author of the Tatango Texting Insights Report and is frequently featured in industry publications, where he helps demystify text messaging and show nonprofits how to use it as a trusted, results-driven fundraising channel. Prior to Tatango, Mike spent 15 years at Blackbaud leading a digital consulting team, and he began his career managing the Ride For Roswell in his hometown of Buffalo, NY.
