Agilis is a full-service Caging and Acknowledgement Letter company, working exclusively with Nonprofits.  We provide 24-hour Deposits and 24-hour Thank You’s, understanding the importance of the trust and goodwill you’re trying to build and maintain with your donors.  We also provide Premium and Product fulfillment, as well as Inbound & Outbound call services through our Donor Care center. Our secure web-based image viewing portal, Agilis Connect, allows customers to view images of every transaction, while our Customer Portal provides real-time access to Daily reporting and Analytics.

In addition, Agilis offers Remote Scanning; ideal for smaller or chapter-based organizations who want to maintain and perform all or some of the work in-house.

Our scan and capture imaging software also allows for electronic PDF Scanline approvals, often same day, eliminating the need for the lettershop to print and ship hard copy samples.  This saves valuable time and money and helps keep the mailing on schedule.
