Andrew Patricio is a seasoned technology leader with deep expertise in solving complex business challenges and driving transformation through Data and AI. He has spent two decades proving that innovation doesn't have to be just a buzzword but can deliver real, measurable business results.
He currently serves as Principal, Data & Analytics at UnidosUS, performing the function of chief data and AI officer for the organization. The role focuses on spearheading digital transformation initiatives, including establishing the organization's first enterprise data and AI strategy and implementing scalable data ecosystems. Using foundational components like AWS Bedrock, LangChain, Pineone and Terraform, his team has built out an internal Gen AI infrastructure that supports the experimental approach he advocates for within the “public good” sector more generally.
As the founder of Data Effectiveness, he provides strategic consulting to startups, public & private sector organizations, and government agencies, developing tailored solutions that yield immediate results while building the foundation for future scale. He specializes in helping organizations move beyond an ad hoc, organically evolved approach to data & AI , toward a more sophisticated, effective, and scalable strategy that's directly tied to business impact and outcomes. He is currently advising a high-profile national institute on its first organizational AI strategy focused on engaging with AI at an enterprise level rather than simply managing individual staff licenses for Gen AI tools.
