Ren John is the VP of AI Strategy & Solutions at Allegiance Group + Pursuant (AGP), where he leads the growth, positioning, and architecture of AI-driven services for nonprofits and associations. With over 20 years of experience in technology consulting and digital transformation, Ren brings a rare combination of deep technical roots and strategic vision, having evolved from hands-on software engineering and technical leadership into an executive role focused on applied AI for mission-driven organizations.

Ren architects AI-enabled solutions spanning intelligent search, conversational AI, automated translation, and content recommendation engines for clients including Parents as Teachers National Center (PATNC), the Advertising Research Foundation (ARF), and AVAC. He also leads internal AI enablement at AGP, building training programs, prompt frameworks, and governance standards that drive adoption across teams.

Ren holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park.
