Jacob serves as the Digital Strategist for Christian Appalachian Project (CAP), where he leads the organization’s digital fundraising efforts with a focus on creating unified, donor-centered experiences. With an emphasis on collaboration and long-term strategy, Jacob works across departments and with fundraising partners to integrate tools, analyze donor journeys, and build a more connected digital program. He helps align messaging across direct mail, email, SMS, social media, and digital advertising—creating consistent, meaningful communication across touchpoints.
Jacob brings five years of experience in the nonprofit sector, having started his career at the YMCA. He has since completed executive education in Organizational Design for Digital Transformation through MIT Sloan. Jacob currently serves on the board of MentorKids Kentucky in his hometown of Owensboro and is passionate about using technology and strategy to help mission-driven organizations create lasting impact. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf whenever he gets the chance.
