Previously, Chris led mass and mid-level marketing at CARE; overhauled Ducks Unlimited’s direct marketing to deliver double-digit annual revenue growth; and helped guide omni-channel acquisition and sustainer programs at ALSAC/St. Jude Children's Research Hospital with oversight of large, complex budgets aligned to ambitious revenue goals. He also served on the executive leadership team at United Way of the Mid-South, shaping organizational strategy, brand, and donor programs. Across roles, Chris is known for cross-functional alignment, rigorous KPI governance, and “insight-to-action” playbooks spanning segmentation, testing roadmaps, measurement frameworks, and media optimization.
