Olga Moshinsky Woltman is a recognized thought leader in the nonprofit sector. She currently serves as Vice President of Strategic Communications at the ALS Association. She is the founder of LemonSkies, a consulting firm that helps nonprofits deepen connections and increase impact through communications, stewardship, and storytelling. Olga has worked at and with some of the most transformative and impactful causes, including the American Diabetes Association, the Alzheimer's Association, the American Heart Association, Special Olympics, and many others. She hosts the podcast and streaming series People of Substance by LemonSkies, is a frequent guest on industry podcasts, and serves as a contributing editor to The NonProfit Times. Olga serves on several nonprofit boards, including Special Olympics
Virginia and DMAW. Her work is driven by a clear purpose: to help mission-driven organizations create lasting, meaningful change.
