After a decade of working directly for two of the world's largest charities, I've spent nearly another decade working for direct response agencies with a sole focus on supporting nonprofit organizations. With an extensive background within the digital marketing and communication channels, I've spent the past few years bridging the best of Direct Mail and Digital through the use of the Phone (texting, broadcast, townhalls, ringless voicemail, etc) leading Synergy Engagement's outbound business unit.
