Mariale Delgado is a fundraising and development professional with over seven years of experience advancing donor engagement and philanthropic support in nonprofit and higher education sectors. As Senior Manager Mid-level Giving, Mariale manages a portfolio of 150+ donors, driving over $30 million in annual giving through integrated, multi-channel strategies. At the International Rescue Committee, Mariale leads the Rescue Collective Insight Panel, and provides concierge-level donor support, resulting in increased retention and sustained giving.
