Over the last 20 years, I’ve led cross-functional teams, built scalable systems, and aligned creative work with strategic goals. My experience spans UX design, client delivery, operational strategy, and product leadership, which gives me a unique perspective on how to connect the dots and get things done.
At Teal Media, I built our product capability from the ground up while restructuring delivery into high-performing pods. I also helped modernize our internal systems, introduced better tooling, and explored how emerging technologies can improve both process and impact.
