Kate Rhodes is the Senior Officer of Strategic Philanthropy at the International Rescue Committee (IRC). The IRC is a global non-profit whose mission is to help people whose lives and livelihoods are shattered by conflict and disaster to survive, recover, and gain control over their futures. The IRC operates in over 40 countries and over 25 U.S. cities. In this role Kate develops and executes strategy for engagement, partnerships, and marketing with donor-advised fund sponsors, community foundations, and wealth advisors. Kate has a decade of experience in the non-profit sector, previously running planned giving marketing programs at both the IRC and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
