Robert Morris serves as Associate Director of Donor Experience at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) in Little Rock, where he cultivates, solicits, and stewards mid-level philanthropic support that advances patient care, education, and research. His work centers on building meaningful relationships and guiding donors along their philanthropic journey, connecting individuals to opportunities for deeper engagement and pathways toward major giving. Since joining UAMS in 2021, he has focused on helping donors see how generosity translates into tangible outcomes for patients, students, faculty, and staff. He is driven by the belief that every gift, regardless of size, has the power to create meaningful change.
Robert earned a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communication from Arkansas State University in 2018. He later completed both a Master of Public Service at the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service and a Master of Public Health at UAMS in 2020 during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. He joined UAMS the following year, bringing his academic preparation directly into practice in healthcare philanthropy serving communities across Arkansas.
