I've led high-performing development teams and driven revenue growth for organizations with budgets ranging from $1M to $230M, both locally and globally. My experience spans the full spectrum of nonprofit advancement, including major and principal gifts, capital campaigns, grant writing, strategic marketing, public relations, special events, and volunteer engagement.
Trusted advisor to donors navigating family philanthropy and legacy planning, and a decisive leader who brings clarity to strategy, discipline to budgeting, and humanity to management. I care deeply about cultivating inclusive, high-impact teams grounded in excellence and joy.
I hold CFRE and CAP® credentials and have an MPA with a concentration in Nonprofit Management. I’m also an active sector leader, currently serving on the board of the AFP Washington, D.C. Metro Chapter, and previously with AFP Greater Atlanta and the AFP Global Political Action Committee.
