Jaye is a seasoned fundraiser and development professional with nearly 30 years of experience in the nonprofit sector.
Throughout her career, Jaye has focused on identifying and securing resources for institutions helping vulnerable and underrepresented communities. She has expertise in Individual & Major Gifts, Team Development, Donor Cultivation & Stewardship, and Development Strategy.
Jaye has worked as a frontline fundraiser and leader with the American Foundation for the Blind, Gateways Music Festival, Fair Food Network, Public Justice, UDC Law, and the American Constitution Society.
Jaye is a past president of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Washington, DC Chapter (AFP DC) and served on the board of directors for the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP Global). She served as co-chair of the Bridge to Integrated Marketing & Fundraising Conference in 2011 and 2021. She is a current member of the AFP Washington DC, the Association of Nonprofit Specialists, and is a Founder’s Circle member of Women of Color in Fundraising and Philanthropy.
A native Angeleno, Jaye graduated from the University of Southern California. She earned her initial Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) certification in 2010. In addition to being a die-hard Los Angeles Dodgers fan, Jaye enjoys reading, hiking and binge-watching cozy mysteries.
