Jeff Grandy, M.Ed. is a seasoned fundraising professional with more than 16 years of leadership experience in nonprofit development, specializing in major gifts, capital campaigns, and planned giving. As Vice President of Catapult Fundraising, Jeff leads strategy and donor engagement initiatives that help nonprofits across the country build sustainable, mission-driven fundraising programs.
Throughout his career, Jeff has guided transformative fundraising efforts with organizations such as Ronald McDonald House Charities, PBS, and Texas A&M University, driving meaningful donor relationships and long-term philanthropic impact. His approach blends data-driven strategy with human connection, equipping organizations to meet supporters where they are and build engagement that lasts.
Jeff is deeply committed to advancing the profession through mentorship and education. He is an Instructor for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas Nonprofit Management and Fundraising Certificate Program, an Instructor for the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley Nonprofit Resource Center, and a Fundraising Operations Mentor at the Rice University Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership. In these roles, he helps train and inspire the next generation of fundraising leaders.
A passionate sector advocate, Jeff also serves as Immediate Past President of AFP Texas Coastal Bend, where he champions leadership development, professional growth, and a culture of philanthropy.
